Statement Of Belief

The King

We believe Jesus is God’s Son and Lord and King of all. We believe He has a Kingdom with laws, and we
as citizens of His Kingdom are expected to obey those laws with the Holy Spirit as our guide and helper.
(Eph. 4:5, 1 Tim. 1:17, 1 Tim 6:15, John 16:13, Romans 8:26)

The Battle

We believe that people are either in agreement with God’s Kingdom, or in agreement with the works of
the devil. These two are at war with each other and people are in agreement with one or the other. (Col.
1:13) By salvation, through Jesus, you can see the Kingdom of God, but you must be baptized with water
and the Holy Spirit to enter. (John 3:3-5)

The Constitution of the Kingdom

The Kingdom of God has a constitution called the Bible. We believe we are called to hear and apply
these Kingdom Principles with the help of the Holy Spirit. (2 Tim. 3:16, Matt. 7:24-27, Heb. 4:12)

Kingdom Identity

We believe all who surrender to Jesus Christ are invited to live as sons in the Father’s Kingdom. They are
confident in His love and acceptance, and are able to love and accept those around them. They live as
friends, with access to the Father and His Kingdom through the Holy Spirit. (Gal. 4:4-7, John 15:15)

Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is the very life, nature, and mind of Christ, given to abide in every person who
believes and trusts in Jesus as their Lord and Savior. (Acts 2:38, John 14:23, 1 Corinthians 2:16)
We believe we are sealed in Christ with the Holy Spirit, the earnest of our inheritance. The Holy Spirit is
our teacher, comforter, unction, and anointing. (Ephesians 1:13-14, 1 John 2:20,27, John 14:16,26)
We believe the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth, through whom we partake of the Divine nature, which is
Christ in us, the hope of Glory. (John 14:17, John 15:26, 2 Peter 1:4, Colossians 1:27)

Kingdom Authority
We believe God has called us to be ambassadors of His Kingdom on this earth. We are to unashamedly
represent Him and bring His Kingdom to the world. (2 Cor. 5:18-20)
We believe that those who are led by the Spirit of God, are the sons of God. (Rom 8:14)
We believe, as Sons, we are called to confront the works of darkness. As responsible citizens in God’s
Kingdom, we are given the authority and assignment to do so. (Matt. 16:19)
We believe true authority comes through humbling ourselves, being crucified with Christ, and being
obedient unto death. (Phil. 2:8-10, Gal. 2:20)

Kingdom Structure and Leadership
We believe the church is built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ as the
chief cornerstone. (Eph. 2:19-20)
We believe churches are governed by a five-fold oversight team, with the foundation being laid by the
apostles and prophets of that team. (Eph. 4:11-13, 1 Cor. 12:28)
We believe this oversight team has the responsibility to establish the vision (and the culture of the
vision) that God has given them to steward. (Acts 16:4-5, Heb. 13:17)
We believe individual churches are best led by elder teams who flow in the five giftings.
We believe the more a church embraces the five giftings, the more that church will represent the
fullness of the Kingdom of God. (Eph. 4:11-14)
As teams mature in the five giftings, they will walk in greater understanding and stability.
For these five giftings to flow together, it will require time, genuine commitment, and lots of grace.

Kingdom Principles
We believe the Laws of the Kingdom are principles that are given for our protection and blessing. We
believe these principles are foundational truths for a successful Christian life. We value and embrace
these principles and choose to obey them, with joy, to the best of our understanding. – – – – –
Repentance. (1 John 1:9)

Spiritual Warfare (Eph. 6:12)
As believers, we are in a battle against principalities and spiritual
wickedness in high places, not against people. We believe there is a
battle for truth and righteousness and that all believers must engage
