Meet Our Admin Team:

Delbert & Martha Hoover live in the hills of Snyder County—Mt. Pleasant Mills, PA—with their seven children, where they manage their family business, Whispering Pines Fruit Farm (a retail market).

Due to early childhood experiences, Delbert carried and internalized a great deal of pain and self-hatred, coming very close to ending his own life. Walking through depression, sexual brokenness, and church excommunication helped shape in him a deep passion for helping others.

After marriage, their lives unraveled physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They pursued years of physical treatments and counseling, yet nothing seemed to bring lasting change. All the while, God was quietly at work—dismantling old belief systems and uprooting deep self-hatred. Over time, they have witnessed profound healing in both of their lives.

Today, they can honestly say they are thankful for every experience they were given. If God were to say, “I could take away all the pain you’ve experienced, but with that also take away your ability to touch other lives,” their answer would be, “Please, no.”

The greater the shame and pain, the greater the billboard of grace.

Out of this journey, Delbert & Martha’s vision gave birth to Hope Journey Ministries, where they are passionate about integrated healing approaches that address the body, soul, and spirit—helping people live abundant, connected lives.

Justin and Emeline Fox are raising their family in the foothills of the Buffalo Mountain in Lewisburg PA. Justin supports his family financially by doing carpentry work. Emeline  enjoys the challenge of homeschooling and keeping up with their three daughters and one small son.

After several years of marriage Justin’s emotional health crashed and he began to suffer severe anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Desperate for help and answers,he began a journey of temporary medication and several years of one-on-one and also marriage counselling. Digging deep into his pain and finding healing from childhood trauma, emotional abuse, and overwhelm was a transformational experience for Justin and ultimately for Emeline as well. With the help and prayers of caring people, Justin finally met God face-to-face and his life changed dramatically. As his shutdown emotions became free, he was finally able to connect deeply with the people around him and his personality evolved from being a shy, anxious introvert to being vibrant, fearless, and gregarious.

Because of the difficulties of the journey and the vibrancy of Life, Justin and Emeline are deeply passionate about coming alongside others and sharing what they have learned. They wish to continue discovering God’s plan and purpose in their lives and in the lives of others and walking it out together. They find joy in seeing people connect with Jesus and find healing, freedom, and abundant life.

Justin and Janelle Kilmer live in Stover, Missouri with their 5 children, where they own and operate three chicken barns. Their journey toward healing began in an unexpected way, Justin initially accompanied his wife as she sought help, simply wanting to support her. Along the way, he discovered that he, too, needed healing.

Through that process, Justin began to experience personal transformation and a deeper understanding of his identity in Christ. As he stepped into his role as a leader and embraced spiritual authority within his home, it created space for Janelle to continue her own healing journey and courageously face past trauma.

Together, they have walked through their own stories of brokenness and restoration. Out of that journey, they have developed a deep passion for helping others find hope, healing, and freedom. Today, they are committed to walking alongside individuals and couples, sharing from their experiences and pointing others toward lasting transformation through Christ.
